Dr. Jason Rosenfeld


Biography

Dr. Jason Rosenfeld grew up on the North Shore of Long Island, NY. He attended Binghamton University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature. Dr. Rosenfeld then went on to Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine, where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2016.

Dr. Rosenfeld continued on to complete General Practice Residency at New York Methodist Brooklyn Presbyterian Hospital where he gained experience treating children and made the decision to focus his training on pediatrics. Dr. Rosenfeld returned to Stony Brook University to receive his Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry, while also teaching undergraduate dental students and serving as chief resident.

Being involved in dental outreach has been an important part of Dr. Rosenfeld’s training. In 2016 he traveled to Chile to provide dental care to children and adults in an underserved community. He has also participated in local outreach in locations including Long Island Aquarium in Riverhead, The Shinnecock Nation Health Clinic in Southampton, Give Kids a Smile at Stony Brook University, and has worked on a mobile dental clinic to provide dental services at homeless shelters and elementary schools in Long Island.

Dr. Rosenfeld enjoys spending time with his family in Long Island, and can often be found exploring NYC and enjoying the amazing food and shows the city has to offer. Dr. Rosenfeld looks forward to meeting your family and making your child’s visit to the dentist a positive and fun experience!

Dr. Rosenfeld is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
